If you receive a defective or damaged item (not caused by misuse), please contact us within 7 days. Photos or unboxing videos may be required as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, used products are non-refundable or exchangeable. Once the product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.
